Corporate History
Beckett Electrical Services, LLC, was founded in 2003 by Jesse and Maureen Beckett in Austin, Texas. We knew that despite our empty bank account, we had a few good ideas and a whole lot of determination, and that would lead us to a real presence in Central Texas. Our three divisions, Construction, Lighting Maintenance, and Service, are individually managed by a competent, knowledgeable and highly-credentialed staff. Our goal is to provide professional installations while focusing on Safety, Power and Integrity. We believe in doing things the right way from start to finish.
Jesse Beckett | Founder
Jesse is one of the few native Austinians. He started his career as an electrician apprentice in a program offered by Leander High School. By the age of 20, Jesse became a Journeyman Electrician and by the age of 22, he earned his Master Electrician license. He is a member of the Austin Association of Facility and Maintenance Engineers and of the Associated Builders and Contractors. Jesse is a certified OSHA-30 instructor. In his spare time, Jesse enjoys flying his Cessna and trying to shave a few strokes off his golf handicap. He and Maureen have two teenagers.
Maureen Beckett | President
As the saying goes, Maureen wasn’t born in Texas but she got there as quickly as she could. She grew up in Kansas and graduated from St. Louis University with a degree in Accounting, knowing that skill set would prove to be useful in a wide array of business settings. She eventually settled into a career in Property Management but ultimately returned to her true passion in Construction Accounting when Beckett Electrical opened for business. Maureen enjoys running, triathlons and travel but all pale in comparison to raising their two children.

Bella Beckett | Director of First Impressions
Bella joined our team in August 2015 and has never missed a day of work. Many of you already know her as she is the first to greet you when you open our door and the last to escort you out. She is especially fond of visitors toting breakfast tacos and chocolate…though she learned the hard way that chocolate doesn’t like her! She loves to make her rounds in the office and visit with every staff member - perhaps to investigate what’s for lunch. She is always ready for a hug. In her spare time, she enjoys long walks and afternoon naps.
