It’s been inspiring to watch his growth, from running his first job with a crew of 3-5 guys and finishing on time, to setting his sights even higher. Travis is a shining example of dedication and determination in our team.
His next goals? Keep growing, become a Field Superintendent, Project Manager, and maybe even explore Estimating. There’s no doubt that with his drive, the sky’s the limit!
