Weekly Safety Meetings

Every Monday at 7:15 AM, we kick off the week with a company-wide safety meeting to share critical updates, reinforce best practices, and foster a prepared mindset. These meetings enhance hazard awareness, promote open communication, and strengthen our unified commitment to safety.

Task Planning

Proper planning is the cornerstone of safe execution.

Each crew and service technician completes a Daily Task Plan, identifying tasks, hazards, and corresponding safety measures.

Journeymen conduct documented Risk Assessments before performing energized work.

For shutdowns, commissioning, and complex startups, we develop comprehensive Methods of Procedure (MOPs) to guide operations safely and efficiently.

PPE Standards

We ensure all field employees are equipped with industry-leading Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including:

Hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility clothing, and safety or composite-toed boots.

For energized work, qualified journeymen and service technicians are provided with 12 cal Arc Flash Suits and Class 0 shock gloves.
